Why is the first job free?
Because we want you to see real results before paying anything. New job boards usually ask for £100+ on day one. We'd rather you post one job, get a real applicant, chat with them, and then decide whether the £25 follow-up posts are worth it.
How does the chat feature work?
Every application creates a conversation thread on your dashboard. The jobseeker's cover letter is the first message. You reply right there — they get an email saying you've replied, click the link, and chat continues in real-time. No email chains, no lost messages, no shared inboxes.
How does Ìwádìí compare to Reed, Totaljobs, or Indeed?
Reed charges around £199 per job, Totaljobs around £99, Indeed uses a complex CPC bidding model that can hit £200+. Ìwádìí is £25, full stop, with chat included.
